Added 'Net flow' as a command to the Discord/Twitter bot
Options Net flow charting, available on the options charting page, has been added as a Discord bot and Twitter bot command.
Use the command /netflow AAPL (or any other ticker) to return the data with the Discord bot.
Or you can tweet @markets_bot with '/netflow AAPL'.
