You can easily track multiple contracts using the options watchlist or the contract look-up.

Contract Look-Up
As the name implies the Contract Look-Up allows you to pull up any contract of your choosing.
1 - Start by inputting a ticker and hitting the search bar. From there use the expiration dropdown and the call/put and strike selectors. Once you hit the + sign the exact contract you looked up will be pulled up on screen. The contract will be added to the list on the left of the page as well as to your options watchlist.
2 - Some basic filters are available. You can use the complete filter suite from the options screener.
3 - Any contracts that you've added can be sorted alphabetically as well as by expiration date. You can also clear your entire watchlist at any time.
4 - Contracts that appear in the table can be added to your look-up and options watchlist by hitting +.
5 - Contracts can be removed from your look-up and watchlist at anytime by clicking the X. Any contract removed from your look-up will also be removed from your watchlist.
Options Watchlist
1 - Your entire watchlist can be sorted by a variety of ways, including the last trade, volume, change in open interest, and more. This page will update in the premarket, so that you can observe the change in OI on your entire watchlist in the premarket.
2 - You can make a note for any added contract, as well as delete it from your watchlist and contract look-up.
3 - The watchlist page also offers a way to add new contracts.
Other ways to watchlist flow
1 - Contracts can be added to your look-up by using the shortcut provided in the flow feed.
2 - If you don't see the shortcut in your feed you can enable it through the ‘columns' menu.
1 - You can also add a contract to your look-up and watchlist from the ‘flow popup’.
