Vladimir Putin acknowledged that he ordered missile strikes on military, energy, and communications facilities in Ukraine saying should the "attacks continue aginst russia, the response will be harsh."
The Russian President is blaming Ukraine for explosions on the Kerch bridge of Russia calling it a terrorist attack.
