Hunter Biden pleads guilty to two tax misdemeanors while gun possession charge to be 'diverted'

Per CNN

Hunter Biden, the son of Joe Biden, pleads guilty two two tax misdemeanors while his gun possession charges are expected to be diverted. The judge will get the final say on what the US President's son's sentence would be.

As for his gun possession charges, they will reportedly be "diverted," meaning the charges would be dismissed should certain conditions be followed "for a set period of time." Hunter Biden's attorney, Christopher Clark, said that the five-year investigation has been resolved.

Clark: “With the announcement of two agreements between my client, Hunter Biden, and the Unites States Attorney's Office for the District of Delaware, it is my understanding that the five-year investigation into Hunter is resolved."

The White House spokesman Ian Sams released a statement regarding Hunter Biden's situation. The statement relayed what the President and First Lady felt about their son.

Sams: “The President and First Lady love their son and support him as he continues to rebuild his life. We will have no further comment,"

In December, the famous Twitter files was released, revealing what was found on Hunter Biden's laptop. This led to Elon Musk exiting an ex-FBI Twitter lawyer, James Baker, over alleged document suppression on Hunter Biden's laptop expose.
