Subscriptions and upgrades can be purchased at www.unusualwhales.com/settings/billing
- To upgrade your subscription visit the billing page and purchase your desired upgrade. The unused portion of your previously existing subscription will be applied as a credit towards your next renewal. You can email support@unusualwhales.com to have this credit refunded.
- To downgrade your subscription simply cancel your subscription autorenewal via the billing page. A lower tiered subscription can be purchased once the autorenewal has lapsed.
- All sales are final. For more information please refer to the terms of service.
- A trial period is not offered. There is delayed + limited Flow and Flow_Alert data made available for free as a means for prospective users to trial the data and interface.
To cancel your subscription autorenewal visit www.unusualwhales.com/settings/billing and select 'End Auto-renewal'
- All subscriptions auto-renew by default. You can end your subscription auto-renewal at any time.
- If you turned your subscription autorenewal OFF but would like it turned back on please email support@unusualwhales.com.
