While Disney has dropped 40.04% in the span of a full year, one of its movies, Avatar: The Way of the Water, hits around $1.51 billion, counting its domestic and global performance.

The movie made $464.9 million domestically and $1.05 billion internationally, combined to hit around $1.51 billion globally. The film is now considered the highest-grossing film of 2022.

To add to its success, the company has also achieved another feat, being included in the top 10 lifetime grosses, as seen on Box Office Mojo. The film was only released on December 16, 2022, per IMBD, with more movies on the way.
