Terms and Conditions for the Unusual Whales 25% Off Promotion

YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNUSUAL WHALES 25% OFF PROMOTION (“PROMOTION”) SERVES AS YOUR WILLFUL ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM EST on February 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on June 30, 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). The Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY
Qualified Customer and Account Requirements
To qualify for the Promotion, participants must:
Be new tastytrade account holders who create and approve a new account on or after February 1, 2025.
Deposit at least $2,000 USD into the new tastytrade account inas a single transaction during the Promotional Period.
Be legal U.S. residents and at least 18 years old at the time of participation.
Each eligible customer (“Qualified Customer”) must create their tastytrade account using the referral link or instructions provided by Unusual Whales, Inc. Existing tastytrade customers or accounts funded prior to February 1, 2025, are not eligible.

AWARD DETAILS
Qualified Customers will receive:
A 25% discount on the monthly Unusual Whales subscription for a total period of four (4) months.
The discount will be applied to the subscription plan immediately upon confirmation of eligibility.
Eligibility Confirmation:
The $2,000 USD deposit must be confirmed by tastytrade as part of the qualification process.
The deposit must remain in the account for a minimum of thirty (30) days following the initial funding date.
Unusual Whales reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants at its sole discretion. Discounts will be voided if any eligibility requirements are not met.

PROMOTION CONDITIONS
Non-Transferability:
The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
Account Restrictions:
Accounts created outside the United States or by individuals not meeting the legal age or residency requirements are not eligible.
Changes or Termination:
Unusual Whales, Inc. and tastytrade reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Limitations:
Participants are limited to one promotional discount per household, regardless of the number of tastytrade accounts created. Institutional or corporate accounts are not eligible for this Promotion.
TAXES AND LIABILITY
Participants are responsible for any tax obligations related to the Promotion. Unusual Whales, Inc. recommends consulting a tax advisor regarding the applicable tax implications.
Unusual Whales, Inc. and tastytrade are not liable for technical, typographical, or other errors related to this Promotion.

PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of Unusual Whales, Inc. and tastytrade.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. By participating, you agree to waive any right to trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participants and Unusual Whales, Inc. in connection with the Promotion, shall be resolved under the law in the State of Delaware law.

This offer is provided by Unusual Whales, and Unusual Whales is solely responsible for the fulfillment of the offer once a new tastytrade account has been funded with $2,000.
