Elon Musk Tells Twitter Employees They can Still Receive Stock Despite Company Now Private

Elon Musk plans to continue the "ongoing compensation plan" for employees to receive stock in the now-private company.
Musk said exceptional amounts of shares would be given to people with exceptional performance.
Musk said the stock plan would be similar to SpaceX, which has secondary offerings regularly for stockholders to sell equity. Stock awards are given twice a year, on May 15 and Nov 15.
