FTX Founder Says FTX US is 100% Liquid Hours Before the Latter Announced a Trading Halt

FTX founder Sam Bankman-Friend said FTX US is 100% liquid. This was hours before the FTX US website said trading “may be halted.”

The website advised the public to close positions they want to close and that withdrawals are still open.

FTX is run from the Bahamas, but FTX US is a US business with a partly separate management team.
