Putin Declares Martial Law in Four Ukrainian Regions—Says They are Part of Russia

Per Reuters

Putin has enforced martial law in four Ukrainian regions saying they are now part of Russia.

Civilians in the city of Kherson left after an assault warning from Moscow. Putin has also issued a decree restricting movement in and out of eight adjoining Ukraine regions.

Kherson remains the city with the highest population that Moscow has seized since its "special military operation" in Ukraine started on February 24.
