The Senate has passed the $1.66 trillion government funding bill.

It has now gone to the House for voting.

In it includes a ban for TikTok and $45B for Ukraine.

The 4,155-page bill will provide $772.5 billion for nondefense discretionary programs, and $858 billion in defense funding, according to Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Sen. Patrick Leahy.

It also overhauls the federal Electoral Count Act.
