This was Janet Yellen ordering In-n-out before heading to the airport to greet Xi Jinping, per Bloomberg:

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has been frequently seen dining in the Bay Area during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum.

Bloomberg News Treasury reporter Viktoria Dendrinou shared a photo on Twitter of Yellen at a Bay Area In-N-Out. The snapshot features Yellen, clad in a tan trenchcoat, placing an order at the restaurant's counter adorned with the iconic red-white palm tree tiles. The tweet mentions that Yellen was en route to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The Treasury Department confirmed Yellen's visit to In-N-Out to the San Francisco Chronicle.

This marks the second occasion that Yellen has been observed dining in the Bay Area in connection with the APEC events. On a Friday night, social media users spotted her at the North Berkeley landmark Chez Panisse. The restaurant's general manager verified her presence and mentioned that Yellen, a former UC Berkeley professor, has been a regular diner at Alice Waters' influential California cuisine establishment over the years.
