Last week, Canada's federal and three provincial privacy regulators said they were investigating TikTok.
In December, the US Senate voted to ban TikTok from all government devices.
Reportedly, Reuters states that a proposal will be included to do the same in a key spending bill, which won backing by Nancy Pelosi and Kevin McCarthy last week.
This week, Louisiana and West Virgina banned TikTok on governmental devices.
